This has been quite the hectic week. Planned to work on Bio Proj. on Sunday, didn't happen. Stayed at home instead and studied Geo. Boo. Geo test turned out so-so. Then had a Math test Tuesday. Then came a Japanese test today. Goodness the matching was harder than the written, wtf! Paragraph writing was fun... only. Still got that project to do in addition to my Japanese project too due next Tuesday which we haven't started on... supposedly a group project. Working with a guy I don't wanna work with cuz I hate his guts. We are to create a 5 minute commercial on something environmental related. Something fun I suppose.... though there hasn't been much planning on it. Something related to water it seems...

Three events coming up this weekend too... Just so happens all are birthdays too. Der's on Friday, Eliza's on Saturday and Tony's on Sunday. Funny... Der's party is going to be held at Mike's house... we'll probably be playing MJ all day. Eliza's is suppose to start after 10pm... some surprise party. As for Tony's... yum cha (dim sum) and sing k. What a great variety. I like that. Now, I wonder if my parents will like that. Heh heh heh.

A lil rare pluggage to you and you for linking and I didn't even know... :x Banzai!

Last Sunday I was able to get a copy of Red and White FINALLY... waited forever for this. I got to watch the first part (first tape) on Monday... still have yet to watch the second most IMPORTANT part...

Well this whole week was stressing. Full of more unwanted ANNUAL-RELATED STRESS. Shouldn't of existed in the first place but some FAGGET (YES FAG DAMMIT) SAID TO LET THE "STUDENTS" DO IT INSTEAD OF HAVING THE EDITORS DO ALL THE WORK SUPPOSEDLY. Well, shove the middle finger up his nose and spit in his fag face cuz I'm sick and tired of his constant annoyance. It's just fricking first year teaching this course, who does he think he is? Goodness sake, he's a fuking newbie dick. He complains about the ladder that WE WERE APPOINTED TO DO and demands to have his ugly layout pages in the book due to "HIS" PREFERENCE. He gets so concerned he goes and talks to our Vice (aka. his best friend) about this and turns it into a BIG SITUATION. There's a reason why the editors are to create the ladder (aka. blueprints) of the book before the start of the production... but NO, THIS OLD FAT FACE THINKS HE COULD CHANGE THAT SO HE BRINGS IT FORWARD TO SOMEONE OF A HIGHER POWER. Who wouldn't want to BASH HIS FUKING HEAD IN WITH A FRIGGIN METAL POLE AT THAT MOMENT?! AND TO BUILD UP THE PROBLEM, a discussion about TEAM WORK and LEADERSHIP SHIT LECTURE comes OUT OF NOWHERE. Why can't he understand a simple concept: A pro and a newbie. A newbie works hard on their work. They think it's good in their eyes. A pro comes by and sees their hard work and sees that it's done well to them that's just the basics... but through the eyes of a pro, they could see beyond what a friggin newbie can see through experience which determines their judgement of how the pros themselves would work on the work in their way they know is most effective. BUT, HOW'S THIS RELATED TO WHAT THE INITIAL PROBLEM WAS? THE INITIAL PROBLEM WAS THIS PARTICULAR LAYOUT HE WANTED IN THE BOOK BUT WE DISAPPOVED AND WANTED TO CHANGE IT SO THE FRIGGIN LAYOUT HE WANTED WOULD BE IN THE BOOK BUT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO THE LACK OF SPACE IN THE BOOK... After the argument was over.... The solution that the Vice thought of was not a solution at all... it didn't change anything since we started the friggin argument. Absolutely nothing changed after the stupid conversation. The solution isn't even related to the problem at hand. The solution was to let the class decide the ladder. So, how is that related to this PARTICULAR SPREAD that's insignificantly at the end of the book to the rest of the other pages?!

I do think I feel better now. Even though the language was quite rude... I had no other way to express my current frustration.

Onto lighter things... On Wed, Mo2 and I went to the Career Fair. I was surprised at the number of digital arts-related colleges that increased this year. The majority of the booths were the same. The day after, Pre-Vanentines Day, we had to go to the gym for a Link Crew... Valentines event.. thingymajigger. One of my crew members came except Krista. I'll one day go chase out those hongers... and force the chocolate in their faces for not showing up... :p~ Later that night, we went to watch Hamlet at Langara. It was surprisingly easy to make your way around there. The play lasted for an hour and a half. Crazy stuff. The only good looking guy was Hamlet himself. He's quite the actor.

As for today, the Bio Project Meet-up was canceled. I wanted to watch DareDevil w/ Shi2 since Mo2 was with Boom already. We were so lazy we got out at 4. I was reminded of the date and decided to use my Playdium coupon before the due date which was tomorrow. So we ditched the movie and went to Playdium and played for 2 hours (which was the deal on the coupon for $15). We played lots of KoF, Soul Calibur, Power Stone, Time Splitters 2, House of the Dead 2, Table Hockey and other stuff... it was worth the 15. We had fries and cola afterwards. She got Cocacola and I got Pepsi. Our own preferences.

Just a while ago, I attempted at WA3 again. Hee, I haven't played for so long I forgot where and what I was going/doing. So I wasted a lot of time wandering around, then I realized I needed or at least should level up. So I wandered some more for places to level up but I failed to find a good enough place. So I decided to go to where I was to go next which was Survey Point #17. I went in half way and left again... scared to have to fight Humpty and Dumpty again without level up at all, being no different then my last attempt. Oh I suppose I didn't mention I got whooped big time going against the two; level too low. I finally found a good place to level, but I was talking to my bro so I lost my train of thought and got beat by some barbaric monkey-like monsters which use this smash attack that takes off 1000, which in other words all my HP. :p~ And since there were 4 to start with, within two turns everyone's already dead. Not sure what happened there... *shrugs*

Ah, I didn't blog longer than I thought... I wanted to but I didn't get around to do it.. :/

Ohh Friday came around (last week) and midterms came and I fuked it. Moving on. Joined a bunch of peeps at the bbtea place across from Oakridge (I don't know what to refer it as)... had some "fun" I suppose. Afterwards, some of the gang left and what's left of us (grady,3-10-mil and myself) decided to go visit the Chinese New Year markety thingy at Landsdown. $2 entrance fee! Crazyness... It sucked in there. Grady said it smelled like toilets in there... Well my cousin was there helping out at a stand. Don't know his english name... We passed by a few times, eyeing the gigantic Qoo head. Then we finally got around to buy it. I bargined the price but lost the ching-chong-push for another $2. Then since it was the traditional chinese dinner day thingy, we all went home. Went to grandma's... my precious grad sweater I love was completely soaked in oil smell. I was really pissed off.. -_-;

Sunday comes around... I agreed on helping Sacha in moving her house belongings. Holy crap she had a lot. :p~ I don't feel like going into the details but woo... her neighbourhood was quite creepy when we first entered the area. The houses were build facing one way -- not the usual straight so it faces the other house across the street like a mirror. They were... diagonal... weird... both sides... facing different directions... so..soso... weird. Well we went back and forth from the new house and old. Big bunch of SG people were there... yadda.

Finally today, Grady was dying to go out. So we dragged a bunch of people... Jon Li (aka. Long John -- lol; long story) 3-10-thou and myself! Yay foursome goodness... We dropped by each and every one of our houses to pick up money and munchies... We then decided to try out the new K place in Burnaby. Whee, being ever so excited we went and found that the location was quite far however it was practically empty in there. In fact, we were the first customers of the day. The place was roomy and not too badly decorated. We waited a bit for their computers to warm up. The manager(slash boss?!) taught us how to use their funky machine. We then started with ALL YOU CAN SING. They used this new program that the other K places didn't use (which is goood)... their selection wasn't bad not was it good either. They were missing a few of our personal favourites, which was the disappointment. After around 3 hours, the machine starts to delete our songs... then it started to replay the "default" song with was er (translated as...) King of Karaoke (err heh heh) again and again, even when we tried to cancel it. Then we called service; they said that the machines were all busted so they had to reboot. We were upset, but then at that same time we requested a bigger room (just cuz it's fun that way :p)... We changed rooms and then tried again... this time it wouldn't even play. We tried for at least 15 minutes but it wouldn't work. We went out to complain and so they came in to try and fix it. Once again they rebooted and said to wait a bit. So we sat around, sang to ourselves and turned off the lights (heheh..). After who knows how bloody long, they come in and say that it can't be fixed and told us to return in 2 hours. They told us we didn't have to pay (HUZZAH) and then we received a VIP card! Grady got to keep it though.. ;_; They were nice people... 'cept that other girl was trying to be friendly but wasn't really polite. She talked all "jokingly" to us most of the time (perhaps because of age differences?)...

We were disappointed... we had so many song we wanted to sing after that... we were hungry though so we went to Crystal. Wandered around the food court for quite a while to figure out what to eat. We had some okay food (not the greatest stuff)... then we went to Sakura Media. Long John was so happy to see the place and went crazy. They were having a Chinese New Years sale at that time, and since I wanted to buy something anyways, I decided to pick up a few things myself. Long John picked up a cd and that cat thing from Love Hina Again and I got 2 Tokyo Mew Mew keychains (Ichigo and Zakuro) and Sumomo~! We still wanted to buy those figurines that were displayed outside. Grady wanted Sailor Saturn (why? o_O) and I wanted ELK GAH! O_O!... They said they didn't have anymore and told us to go to the Richmond one. Since it was so far from where we were, we decided to go tomorrow since the sale ends Sunday.

Phew...
