Turned on the alarm clock and the alarm on my phone on to try and wake me up earlier but it failed to work. I turned them off when they rant and slept right on through... -_-;

Finally got out of bed late as ever and skipped downstairs to find that SOMEONE ATE MY EGG TART. And that someone was my brother apparently. Bleh, no egg tart.

Early Mother's Day dinner at night at a Shanghai restaurant in Richmond with the whole family. Ordered crappy stuff imho. Mom talked too much throughout... I think I prefer eating Shanghainese (that's a word right?) only in the afternoon when they have all the better dishes and I think I'll stick to eating at that time only. After dinner, only feeling somewhat full, I asked my Aunt to drive me to Monimoo's party downtown which I was supposed to attend earlier but due to a sudden dinner announcement, I was forced to go later. Got to sat in my Aunt's pretty (relatively) new car as the obnoxious cousin brat screamed and laughed like an idiot in the backseat the whole bloody time. Got dropped off in front of Century Plaza and made my way to their floor and their room. I was greeted by May :D! and then met with everyone else in the living room. They then started up with a movie and decided on Honey. As it started, I realized there was mac and cheese waiting for me so I made my way to the kitchen. To my disappointment, all the cheese was eaten already and all that was left was the cold macaroni. So we had to improvise and made Mac and Spaghetti Sauce instead. I took a look at the refridgerator to find nothing but liquor. There were a few things I wanted to try though... They had a giant bottle of sake (which Boom seems to love for some reason) so I started with that: poured myself a cup and microwaved it. Mm.. good stuff indeed. I sat by the kitchen, against the wall, behind the table, away from the people and enjoyed my meal alone. :D It was nice. Then I tried this weird looking vodka called SKYY which tasted like crap. Then tried a Bacardi Black (oooh) which was strange and pretty good. I then saw a really cute brown bottle that Monica said tasted like milkshake so I had to try one. And she was right; it tasted like milkshake with a tinge of unnoticable alcohol flavour in it... very interesting stuff. I think the label said it was the taste of italian creme.... But I prefered my sake over the rest. I forgot to try out the Corona though... And drink Mike's Hard Lemonade Cranberry which smelled ever so nice... :D Moni found a mini bonus 50mL bottle of Smirnoff Ice inside the box which I wanted to keep :D but since she found it first, I couldn't argue. After watching Honey, she opened up the presents and took pictures. Then people started leaving. Soon we decided on watching Brother Bear, which we wanted to watch at first, but was overtaken by Honey. We popped open the bed from the couch and watched while Cory, Cat and Scott drunkily (haha not a word) talked loudly over the DVD which we gradually got used to. Monica started to get groggy and fell asleep. I began enjoying normal drinks like nice Nestea for the rest of the movie and had tasteless popcorn which I will have to compensate for when I watch Kill Bill Vol2. So, generally the movie Brother Bear sucked. Tried to make it all family like but meh, no family-feeling came outta it... the music tried to be all "this-will-be-a-classic-family-song-because-it-sounds-smiliar-to-all-the-rest-of-our-succesful-classics". THEY FAILED! So anyways, the birthday girl passed out on the bed and the rest of us had to get going so I got a ride from Cory. We got to the parking lot and Scott started to feel queasy, so we gave him some timeout. He made his way far, far away from Cory's car, towards the ledge of the floor and behind some other guy's van. He was going to puke over the ledge but apparently a guard was standing right below him, hm. So after some silence we heard a waterfall and a few more after that and we were ready to go. XD On our way back, some chinese guy in his shitty souped up CIVIC got mad and us because we turned left from an intersection as he signaled to turn right into the same lane. In that case, we got priority and went first but nooo, he didn't feel that way and sped up beside us and started screaming in his crap english and we screamed back. He kinda hmphed and went ahead of us. Finally, I made it back home safely with Cory mistaking Fraser St. with Knight St. along the way.

Time to sleep... should be a good one. Another long day ahead... (maybe)
